General provisions
These terms govern the relationship between MR. Ūkis, represented by farmers Raimondas Pareigis and Monika Pareigienė, and a buyer ordering meat products or event services.
The buyer must review these terms and the Privacy Policy before ordering. A contract is formed when the buyer completes and confirms the order. The basket can be changed freely before confirmation.
Buyer rights and duties
The buyer may order goods and make a complaint about defective or damaged goods. The buyer must provide accurate details, keep them current and pay for a confirmed order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Delivery is charged separately. Totals for weighed products are estimates and are confirmed after weighing and packing. Payment is available by bank transfer or cash against an invoice.
Delivery
Delivery timing and method are agreed with the buyer. The packaging and goods should be inspected with the seller or courier. External damage may be refused and must be reported within 24 hours.
Returns
Under Lithuanian law, quality perishable, short-dated, chilled or frozen goods, and unpacked goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Quality complaints must be made immediately and supported by a clear photograph. Until returned, goods must be stored under the conditions stated on the packaging.
Final provisions
Lithuanian law applies. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation and otherwise under the procedure established by law.
